Kokan Routes – Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please inform us at the earliest via Email, WhatsApp/Message, or Phone Call. Your cancellation will be considered from the time we receive your request. Refunds 24+ hours before the tour: 100% refund 12–24 hours before the tour: 50% refund Less than 12 hours before the tour: No refund Conditions No refunds for delays or cancellations due to reasons not caused by Kokan Routes. No refunds for cancellations due to political situations, health scares, or any real/threatened events affecting travel. If we cancel due to reasons beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, government orders, etc.), we will refund only what is recoverable from our suppliers. Some costs like transport, permits, and transaction fees are non-refundable. Agreement By booking with Kokan Routes, you accept and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
